And your monthly rate is guaranteed for the first year — the same commitment we make at our own facilities. We’ll walk through exact numbers for your facility on a demo.
The keypad equipment and the one-time labor to install it — that’s your up-front setup cost. From there it’s a simple monthly fee per facility. If a keypad ever malfunctions we will send you a replacement at no additional cost; damaged keypads are replaced at cost.
Installation is a one-time labor charge handled by an installer, and our system is very easy to install — typically about one to two hours per keypad. We take care of system setup and make sure you are up and running smoothly the same day.
Almost none. We built our system to be incredibly intuitive and simple to use. It just works. Every action you need is a click or two away.
Contact us and we will troubleshoot it. Many issues can be resolved remotely without a site visit or replacement. If a replacement is needed we can direct ship to your location or to your gate vendor. Swapping a keypad takes less than five minutes and can be done by anyone. No technical background needed.
