✺ Frequently asked questions ✺

  • All plans are month to month per facility. Pricing consists of a small base fee and then an additional fee per keypad in use. Keypads are leased not bought, so they also incur a monthly charge.

  • None.

    Keypads are leased month to month. Damaged keypads must be replaced at cost, but if a keypad ever malfunctions we will send you a new one at no additional cost.

  • When working with an installer there will be a labor charge but our system is very easy to install. It typically takes about an hour to two per keypad. We take care of system setup and will ensure you are up and running smoothly on the same day.

  • Almost none. We made our system with the intent to be incredibly intuitive and simple to use. It just works. Every action you need is just a click or two away.

  • Contact us and we will troubleshoot it. Many issues can be resolved remotely without a site visit or replacement. If a replacement is needed we can direct ship to your location or to your gate vendor. Swapping out the keypad takes less than 5 minutes and can be done by anyone. A technical background is not needed at all.
